DESCRIPTION:This module focuses on open-source investigation (OSINT) techniques and the analysis of\ninformation operations and disinformation narratives. Participants will learn about Russian\ninformation operations and propaganda techniques\, how to conduct investigations on Facebook\,\nverify suspicious photos and videos\, analyze websites\, and identify footage locations using maps\nand satellite imagery. She was a Technical Information Data Specialist for the USAID Georgia Information\nIntegrity Program\, implemented by the Zinc Network. She teaches Fact-Checking and\nVerification and Disinformation Research and Analysis at the University of Georgia.
